Appliance Allowance

1. Allowance to include: 42" Sub Zero refrigerator, KitchenAid trash compactor, 24" Sub-Zero wine humidor, Thermador, Wolf, of Viking double convection ovens. Bosch stainless steel dishwasher. 36" JennAir cooktop and KitchenAid microwave (comparable models may be substituted.)

Landscaping

1. All lawn areas to be sod lawn
2. Water well for outside irrigation
3. Use of landscape architect for outside design
4. Driveway to be paved ( 2 coats) or crushed stone ( pavers available for extra charge)
5. Sprinkler system front, sides and back of house ( included in price)
6. Field stone walls where warranted by grades per builder's discretion.
